* Monthly competition open only to Queensland residents 18+ who hold a valid Queensland driver's license or QLD Customer Reference Number (CRN). By opting-in, entrants allow their details to be used for PPQ marketing/promotional purposes. Winner will be selected via random prize draw. Images must be uploaded to Instagram, tagged with #PPQWIN and entrant Instagram account set to public in order to qualify for selection.   1. The Primary Promoter is Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited Trading as Publicis Personalised Plates ABN 12 098 273 539 of Level 1, 164 Grey South Bank, Qld 4101.
  2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Entry is only open to residents of Queensland, aged 18 years or over with a valid Queensland CRN (driver's license number).
  4. Prize draw will occur monthly, with winner drawn via random entry selection. Monthly winner selection will occur at Level 1, 164 Grey Street South Bank QLD 4101.
  5. One (1) winner drawn per month.
  6. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Primary and Joint Promoters are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  7. Promotion commences at 12.00am AEST on the first of the month and ends at 11:59PM EST on the last day of that month, ("Promotional Period").
  8. Entries must be submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  9. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps:
    1. Upload a picture to Instagram with the hashtag #PPQWIN.
    2. Follow @PersonalisedPlatesQld on Instagram.
    3. Entrants must ensure that their uploaded photos are posted to the relevant platform
    4. To qualify for entry, photographs uploaded to Instagram must be via accounts set as public.
    5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any late entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
  10. Entry by tagging #ppqwin is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the draw:
    1. Entry is limited to one per entrant, per month
    2. Past winner accounts are excluded from future monthly draw
  11. The PPQ Monthly Draw in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  12. By entering the monthly draw, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the monthly draw. 
  13. All information provided by a Promotion entrant is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
  14. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  15. The Primary Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  17. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be notified by a direct message from the @personalisedplatesqld Instagram account.
  18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Notwithstanding the above, the Personalised Plate photo content uploaded must not be deemed by the Promoter to be inappropriate, derogatory, obscene, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive or racist in nature or promote a criminal organisation or behavior. For the sake of clarity, where the number plate elected by a winner contains a mix of numbers and words (with the numbers resembling letters), if such Content is inappropriate, the Promoter will not allow such number plate to be selected as a winning entry.
  20. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not claim a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
  21. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
  22. Total Prize maximum monthly prize pool value $150.
  23. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  24. A draw for any prizes, if unclaimed by 5:00PM following the day of draw, may take place at 12:00PM on the following day at the same time and place as the original draw.
  25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  26. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  27. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  28. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
    2. Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    4. Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    5. Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
    6. Faking and/or use of a prize.
  29. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  30. The Primary Promoter and Joint Promoter collect personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter and Joint Promoter will use and handle PI as set out in their Privacy Policies, which can be viewed at www.ppq.com.au/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter and Joint Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter and Joint Promoter. The Promoter and Joint Promoter will not disclose entrants’ personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
